Orders & Delivery

We currently deliver twice a week – Wednesdays and Sundays. Order by the end of day Thursday for delivery Sunday, and/or end of day Sunday for delivery Wednesday!

No worries! The night before your delivery, we'll text you with your 1.5 hour delivery window and ask you to confirm if you'll be home. If you won't be available, just let us know where to leave your order. Our insulated packaging and cold packs will keep frozen items frozen all day and cold items fresh until you get home.

We maintain the cold chain from the farm to your door. All items are picked up and delivered in temperature-controlled trucks with dedicated spaces for frozen, cold, and ambient temperature products. If you're not home for delivery, we use insulated packaging to maintain proper temperatures after we drop off your order.

No tipping is not required. Your delivery fee covers everything - farm pickups, packaging, delivery, gas, and our drivers' salaries. Our drivers are fairly compensated employees, not gig workers relying on tips.

Products & Vendors

We partner with vendors who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and community. Our selection process includes visiting farms and facilities, tasting products, and verifying sustainable practices. We prioritize vendors within a 100-mile radius of West Michigan or Chicago who use responsible growing/production methods and maintain our high quality standards.

We operate as a ghost grocery with no storefront, eliminating the massive overhead costs of traditional stores. By sourcing locally and cutting out middlemen, we shorten the supply chain – meaning fresher food, better farmer payouts, and lower prices for you. We also curate a smaller selection of only the best products, allowing us to buy in higher volumes and pass along those savings.

Most memberships make you do the math to figure out if they're worth it. Ours is simple. If you order just once a month, you'll more than likely save more than the cost of the membership. We do it so you think of us at least once a month.
